About us

Olur is the 3D printing brand of SARTEKNO Bilişim ve Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi, based in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul. We build the software and run the production ourselves; your order goes straight to our workshop, not to a middleman.

We print with FDM on enclosed Bambu Lab printers in PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU, nylon, polycarbonate and carbon/glass-fibre filled grades, from a single part to small batches: spare parts, prototypes, jigs, hobby items and gifts.

You upload an STL, 3MF or OBJ file; the price is computed on our server with a real slicing profile, and the total including VAT and shipping is shown before you pay. Payment happens on PayTR's secure page; an approved order goes into production, ships with Yurtiçi Kargo and the tracking number is emailed to you.

Your files stay private and open only through time-limited links. Your card details never reach us. If a part arrives defective, damaged or incomplete you can open a claim from your order page; your statutory rights are unaffected. Questions: info@olur.ai and +90 850 840 88 53.
