Quality and security
How we check your parts and how we look after your files.
Quality control
Every part is checked by eye before it ships: that it printed completely, the supports came off cleanly and nothing warped.
Your files
- Files are kept in private storage, with no public link.
- Download links expire within minutes.
- Your files are used only to make your part; they are not shared with third parties or used to train AI.
If something is wrong
If a part arrives different from what you ordered, tell us from the order and we remake it or credit your account.
