Advisory: Draft — awaiting legal review
This text is a draft prepared from how the platform actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by the seller's lawyer and may change before it is final. Highlighted notes mark points still to be confirmed.
This is an English translation. The Turkish text is the binding one; where the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit stores in your browser. On this site cookies are used only for purposes strictly necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, protecting your account against other sites acting on your behalf, and remembering the language and currency you chose.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
| imp_session | Remembers that you are signed in. Scripts on the page cannot read it. | 4 hours |
| imp_csrf | A security key that stops other sites acting on your behalf. | 4 hours |
| imp_locale | Remembers the language you chose. | 1 year |
| imp_display | Remembers which currency prices are shown in. | 1 year |
All of these are first-party cookies set by Olur for this site only. No analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party cookies are used; your visit is not tracked or profiled.
3. Other information kept in your browser
The following are not cookies; they are never sent to our server and stay in this browser only:
- That you closed the cookie information (indefinitely, until you delete it).
- The organisation you chose, if you belong to more than one.
- If you continue to order after getting a price without an account, your file and choices until you sign in (at most 24 hours; deleted once used), and the page to return to after signing in.
- In the customer area: which file each quote line came from, your part tags and quote versions.
- Form details left unfinished at checkout and part previews (only while the tab is open).
4. The payment page
When you pay by card, PayTR's payment page opens in a window within this site. That page belongs to PayTR; cookies PayTR uses on its own domain are governed by PayTR's cookie and privacy policies.
5. Legal basis and consent
The cookies we use are strictly necessary to provide the service you request. They are processed under KVKK (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data) Article 5(2)(c) (formation and performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) and, under the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices, do not require explicit consent. This is why the site shows an information notice rather than a cookie consent dialog.
6. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in or place orders, and your language and currency choices will not be remembered. For more on how your personal data is processed, see the Privacy notice (KVKK).
