Returns and claims

Parts are made to your file, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. But if a part is not what you ordered, we put it right.

How to tell us

Open a claim from the order: describe the problem, attach photos and say how many parts are affected. You can follow the claim from the order page.

What we cover

  • Parts with dimensions outside what was quoted.
  • Surface defects beyond the finish that was ordered.
  • Parts damaged in transit.
  • A short shipment or the wrong quantity.
  • The wrong part, material, colour or finish.

What is not covered

A part made to your file and the options you chose is not faulty because the design did not fit as you expected. That is why we show manufacturability warnings before you order.

How we put it right

If your claim is upheld we will normally offer to make the part again. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights for faulty goods under Law No. 6502 — withdrawing from the contract, a price reduction, free repair or a replacement — are unaffected; see the cancellation and refund terms.
