Advisory: Draft — awaiting legal review
This text is a draft prepared from how the platform actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by the seller's lawyer and may change before it is final. Highlighted notes mark points still to be confirmed.
This is an English translation. The Turkish text is the binding one; where the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Delivery regions and address
Orders are shipped to the countries that can be selected as the delivery country at checkout. The goods are delivered to the delivery address the Buyer gave at checkout; the Buyer is responsible for the address being complete and correct. There is no option to collect in person.
2. Delivery time
The delivery date shown on the quote and the order is an estimate: it is the date production is planned to finish under the workshop's current schedule, plus the transit time (in business days) expected for the delivery region. For orders placed after 15:00 or on a day that is not a business day, the clock starts on the next business day. The estimated date is a plan, not a guarantee.
In any event the Seller performs within the statutory maximum of 30 days from the date the order reached it. If it becomes clear that delivery cannot be made within that period, the Buyer is informed; a Buyer who is a consumer may terminate the contract and is refunded everything paid.
3. Shipping cost
If delivery costs anything, it is shown as a separate line at checkout and included in the total you pay. If shipping is shown as "Not yet determined" at checkout, no separate shipping charge will be requested from you afterwards.
4. Courier and tracking
When your order is handed to the courier, the courier's name and the tracking number are emailed to you and shown on your order page. An order may be sent in more than one parcel; tracking details for each parcel are sent separately.
5. When you receive the parcel
Check the outer packaging when you receive the parcel. If it is damaged, have the courier record a damage report before you accept it, and report it from your order page by opening a claim with photos, giving "Damaged in transit" as the reason. For damage, missing or wrong parts you notice after delivery, section 6 of the Cancellation and refunds terms applies.
6. Responsibility for loss and damage
The Seller is responsible for loss of or damage to the goods until they are delivered to the Buyer or to a person the Buyer designates. In cross-border sales to merchant buyers, the allocation of risk and costs follows the delivery terms agreed before the order (for example EXW, FCA, DAP, DDP).
7. Shipments outside Türkiye
Shipments outside Türkiye go through customs. Customs duties, import taxes and customs handling fees that may arise in the destination country are not included in the total shown at checkout and may be requested from the recipient on delivery. Business buyers should agree the delivery terms, and who bears customs costs, with the Seller before ordering.
