Pre-contract information form

What you are told before you order, as the Distance Contracts Regulation requires: who sells, what, at what total price, how it is paid and delivered, and why there is no right of withdrawal for parts made to your file.

Version 1.0 In force from 1 October 2026

Advisory: Draft — awaiting legal review

This text is a draft prepared from how the platform actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by the seller's lawyer and may change before it is final. Highlighted notes mark points still to be confirmed.

This is an English translation. The Turkish text is the binding one; where the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.

The goods are parts made solely for the Buyer in the Seller's workshop by FDM (fused deposition modelling), from the 3D model file the Buyer uploaded to the site, in the material, colour, finish and quantity the Buyer chose. Nothing is sold from stock.

The price is calculated on the Seller's server from a real slicing run on the file. Manufacturability warnings and dimensional limitations are shown on the quote before ordering; the general tolerances and surface characteristics of the FDM process are explained on the Standards and tolerances page. Estimated values (such as a thin-wall estimate) are not measurements and are labelled as such.

  • Subtotal: [filled in at checkout]
  • Tax (VAT / KDV): [filled in at checkout]
  • Shipping: [filled in at checkout]
  • Total payable: [filled in at checkout]

The total payable is the full amount that will be charged to the Buyer, all taxes included. Tax is calculated on the Seller's server under the tax rules in force for the delivery country. If shipping is not shown as a separate line at checkout ("Not yet determined"), no separate shipping charge will be requested from the Buyer afterwards.

Payment method chosen: [filled in at checkout]

  • Credit / debit card: payment is taken through the secure payment page of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. (a licensed Turkish payment and e-money institution). Your card details are neither seen nor stored by the Seller. Instalment options, where offered, are shown on the payment page.
  • Bank transfer (havale / EFT): after the order, the Seller's bank details and the payment due date are shown on the order page and sent by email. Payment is made quoting the order number in the transfer description.
  • Business customers: for business accounts separately approved by the Seller, purchase orders or payment on terms may be offered on the agreed conditions.

An order whose payment has not been received stays "awaiting payment" and is not put into production. An order not paid by the payment due date shown on the order page is cancelled automatically; nothing is then charged to the Buyer.

The goods are sent by courier to the delivery address the Buyer gave at checkout. The delivery date shown on the quote and the order is an estimate, calculated from the workshop's production schedule and the delivery region. In any event the Seller performs within the statutory maximum of 30 days from the date the order reached it. The courier and tracking number are emailed when the parcel is sent. Details: Delivery and shipping terms.

Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

Because every part under this contract is made solely for the Buyer, from the file the Buyer uploaded and in the material, colour, finish and quantity the Buyer chose, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal for this order. For consumers in the European Union, Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides the same exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This exception does not affect the Buyer's:

  • rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection if the goods are defective (see section 9);
  • free cancellation before production starts, which the Seller offers independently of the right of withdrawal (see section 8).
  • Before the Seller accepts the order (for example while payment is awaited), the Buyer can cancel it free of charge from the order page.
  • Within the first 2 hours after acceptance, if production has not started, the order can still be cancelled free of charge from the order page.
  • Once production has started, cancellation requests are passed to the Seller and assessed by the Seller.
  • An order that has been handed to the courier cannot be cancelled; problems after delivery are raised as a claim.

When an order is cancelled, everything paid is refunded in full. Details: Cancellation and refunds.

If the goods delivered are defective, damaged, incomplete or different from the order, the Buyer can open a claim with photos from the order page within 14 days of delivery. This period relates to the platform's quick resolution process and does not limit a consumer's statutory rights. A Buyer who is a consumer may, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, choose to withdraw from the contract, to have the price reduced in proportion to the defect, to have the goods repaired free of charge, or to have them replaced with defect-free equivalents. Under Article 12 of the Law, liability for defective goods is subject to a two-year limitation period from delivery; within that period the Buyer may contact the Seller using the details above.

For complaints and objections the Buyer may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) where the Buyer lives or where the transaction took place, and above those limits to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) (Law No. 6502, Articles 68 and 73).

  • Consumer legislation does not apply to purchases a Buyer makes as a merchant or organisation for commercial purposes; such purchases are governed by the Turkish Commercial Code and the Turkish Code of Obligations.
  • The language of the contract is Turkish. The versions of the Pre-contract information form and the Distance sales contract that the Buyer accepted are stored with the order record and can be reached from the order page.
  • Information on the processing of personal data is in the Privacy notice (KVKK).
