Terms of use

The website https://olur.ai and the services offered on it (instant quotes, ordering, 3D printing, photo to 3D model generation) are operated by [not yet provided] ("Olur", the "Seller"). By using the site you accept these Terms of use. Your orders are also governed by the Pre-contract information form, the Distance sales contract, the Cancellation and refunds terms and the Delivery and shipping terms.

You need an account to place orders. You are responsible for the details you give at registration being correct and up to date, for keeping your password confidential, and for actions taken with your account. If you open an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it; actions of people you invite to the organisation's account are treated as taken on the organisation's behalf. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.

An instant price is calculated on our server from a real slicing run on the file you upload; no price is calculated in your browser. Each quote shows how long it is valid; an expired quote is recalculated, and recalculation does not change the earlier quote but creates a new version. Files that cannot be priced automatically are sent for engineering review, and this is stated clearly. A quote is not a contract until an order is placed and approved at checkout.

The manufacturability warnings and estimated values shown on a quote are for information; estimates are not measurements and are labelled as such. Safety and regulatory warnings cannot be acknowledged away.

For every file and photo you upload, you represent and warrant that:

• the file is yours, or you hold all rights (licences, permissions) needed to use, copy and have it manufactured for this purpose,
• neither the file nor the part to be made infringes any third party's patent, design, trade mark, copyright or other intellectual or industrial property rights,
• the file contains no malware or unlawful content.

Your files remain yours. The Seller uses your files only to calculate prices, make and deliver your order and review your claims; it does not use them for any other purpose, publish them or share them with third parties. Files are kept in access-restricted storage and scanned for malware. Details: File confidentiality and the Privacy notice (KVKK).

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims made against the Seller because these representations are untrue.

Orders are not accepted for the following; orders found to be of this kind are cancelled before or during production and the amount paid is refunded:

• Firearms, their essential parts and components, magazines, silencers, ammunition and explosives, and other weapons and devices within the scope of Law No. 6136 on Firearms, Knives and Other Tools (Ateşli Silahlar ve Bıçaklar ile Diğer Aletler Hakkında Kanun).
• Counterfeit or imitation products, or products infringing a trade mark, design, patent or copyright; unauthorised copies of another person's product.
• Imitations of official seals, identity documents, money or securities; unauthorised copies of keys belonging to others.
• Equipment intended for the use of narcotic or stimulant substances.
• Any other product whose manufacture, sale or possession is prohibited or requires a licence in Türkiye or in the country of delivery.

The Seller reserves the right to report the matter to the competent authorities where required by law.

The Seller gives no certificate or declaration of conformity that parts are suitable for regulated uses such as food contact, medical use, children's toys, high pressure, or uses critical to the safety of people or property. Assessing whether a part is suitable for such a use is your responsibility.

The photo to 3D model service uses artificial intelligence to generate a 3D model from a single photo you upload. Please bear in mind:

• The model is generated by guessing the parts not visible in the photo; its shape, proportions, details and dimensions may differ from the real object and from the photo. The output is not a dimensionally accurate model and does not replace a technical or functional part.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos showing other people's faces or information identifying them without their permission, or characters, logos or designs protected by third parties' intellectual property without the right holder's permission.
• Your photo is sent to the infrastructure of fal.ai, based in the USA, to generate the model (see the Privacy notice (KVKK)).
• The service fee is refunded automatically if generation fails. Whether to order prints of the generated model is up to you; print orders are subject to the other provisions of these terms and the sales contract.

The rights consumer legislation and other mandatory rules give you are unaffected. Otherwise, the Seller is not liable for errors arising from the design you upload, for a part not being fit for a purpose you decided on, or for the site being temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or reasons beyond the Seller's control. The Seller's liability for intent or gross negligence is unaffected.

We send you only informational emails about your account and orders (for example verification, order confirmation, shipping notices). Commercial electronic messages for marketing are not sent without your consent (Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce).

These terms and the other legal texts may be updated from time to time; each text's version number and effective date are shown at the top of its page. An order already placed remains subject to the version you accepted when you placed it.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers may apply, within the monetary limits, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti), and above those limits to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi).
