Shipping

You see the estimated delivery date on the quote: the date production finishes plus the transit time to your region, in business days. It is a plan, not a guarantee, and it updates if the quote is recalculated.

If delivery costs anything, it is shown as its own line at checkout and included in the total you pay. A delivery charge not shown there is never asked for afterwards. The details are in the delivery and shipping terms.

There are economy, standard and priority options. If one is not possible for your part — usually because the printers are booked up until then — the quote shows it with the reason.

Shipments between Türkiye and the EU go through customs. For a cross-border business order, agree the delivery terms (EXW, FCA, DAP or DDP) and who pays import charges with us before you order.
