Advisory: Draft — awaiting legal review
This text is a draft prepared from how the platform actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by the seller's lawyer and may change before it is final. Highlighted notes mark points still to be confirmed.
This is an English translation. The Turkish text is the binding one; where the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Scope
These terms explain how orders for parts made to the Buyer's file and sold by [not yet provided] (the "Seller") through https://olur.ai can be cancelled, how payments are refunded, and how defective goods are reported. They apply together with the Distance sales contract.
2. No right of withdrawal
Every part sold is made solely for the Buyer, from the file uploaded and the options chosen. Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), there is no right of withdrawal for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs; returns because you have changed your mind are not accepted. For consumers in the European Union, Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides the same exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications. The cancellation option and the rights for defective goods below are not affected by this exception.
3. Cancellation by the Buyer
- Before the order is accepted (for example while payment is awaited): cancel free of charge with "Cancel order" on the order page.
- Within the first 2 hours after acceptance, if production has not started: still cancel free of charge from the order page.
- After that period, or once production has started: cancellation is not available on the order page; write to [not yet provided] or in the order messages. The Seller assesses the request by looking at whether material and machine time have been used, and tells you the outcome.
- An order handed to the courier cannot be cancelled; open a claim for a problem after delivery (section 6).
An order not paid by the payment due date shown on the order page is cancelled automatically; nothing is charged to you in that case.
4. Cancellation by the Seller
The Seller may cancel an order if it becomes clear that the file cannot technically be manufactured, if the order is for goods listed as not made in the Terms of use, or if production becomes impossible for another reason. The reason is emailed to you and everything you paid is refunded in full. No cancellation fee is charged when the Seller cancels.
5. Refunds
When an order is cancelled, everything paid is refunded; no cancellation fee applies. The refund is made by the method used to pay:
- Card payments: the refund is sent through PayTR to the card used for payment. How long it takes to appear on your card account depends on your bank.
- Bank transfer payments: the refund is made by bank transfer; your IBAN will be requested if needed.
When the refund is made, the amount and the bank or transaction reference are emailed to you; the refund amount and its status are also shown on your order page.
6. Defective, damaged or incomplete delivery
If a part you received is defective, damaged in transit, missing or different from your order:
- Open a claim from your order page within 14 days of delivery; describe the problem, add photos and say how many parts are affected.
- Your claim is reviewed by the Seller's staff; you are told the outcome and, where needed, how a return shipment is to be made.
- Where a claim is upheld, the Seller will normally offer to make the part again.
If you are a consumer, your elective rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are unaffected: withdrawing from the contract (refund of the price), a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or replacement with a defect-free equivalent. You choose which of these rights to use; the costs, including returning the defective goods and sending them again, are borne by the Seller. The 14-day period above relates to the claim form on the site; after it has passed you can still use your rights for defective goods within two years of delivery (Law No. 6502, Article 12) by writing to [not yet provided].
In sales between merchants, the inspection and notice provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code apply.
7. What is not a defect
A part made in accordance with your file and the options you chose that does not meet your expectations for reasons arising from the design itself (for example a model with a dimensional error, or a part that does not fit in an assembly) is not defective. This is why manufacturability warnings and the tolerance limits of the FDM process are shown before ordering.
8. Photo to 3D model service fee
The fee for the photo to 3D model service is refunded automatically if generating the model fails (for example a timeout, or no printable model could be produced). A successfully generated model is personalised digital content delivered instantly by electronic means, so there is no right of withdrawal for this service. Prints ordered from the generated model are subject to the other sections of these terms.
