The Buyer is the person or organisation that buys the service with a https://olur.ai account and is recorded under the account's "Billing details"; the fee is invoiced to those details.

The service is the automatic creation of a 3D model from a single photo uploaded by the Buyer, through an AI-based generation service, made printable and made available in the Buyer's account ("My models").

• The model is an approximate interpretation of the object in the photo; sides that cannot be seen are inferred. It is not promised that size, proportions and details will match the object exactly.
• The quality of the result depends on the photo (light, sharpness, background, a single object in the middle). The hints shown in the browser while uploading are advice only.
• Once the model is ready, the Buyer can choose a size and see the price of printing it. A print order is a separate sale, with its own price, Pre-contract information form and Distance sales contract, accepted separately at its own payment step. This fee does not cover printing.

• Service fee (VAT/KDV included): [filled in at the payment step] — charged once per generation; there is no other fee, shipping or charge.
• The fee is set in US dollars and converted to Turkish lira at the day's CBRT (TCMB) rate. The lira amount shown on the payment page is frozen on the generation and is the amount charged. If that amount's validity has lapsed and the rate has moved, the pay button shows the new amount and asks the Buyer to confirm again — an amount that was not shown is never charged.
• Payment is taken by card through the payment institution; card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.
• A generation that is not paid is cancelled after a while; nothing is owed if no payment was taken.

Performance begins immediately once the payment is confirmed: the photo is sent to the generation service and the model is usually ready within a few minutes. Progress is shown on the generation's page and the outcome is also sent by e-mail. The finished model stays in the Buyer's account and can be downloaded or sized again.

This service is performed electronically and immediately. At the payment step the Buyer, by ticking a separate box, expressly requests that the service be performed immediately after the payment is confirmed and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends as soon as performance begins. Under sub-paragraph (ğ) of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for this service once performance has begun. No payment is taken without this consent.

This does not affect the refund guarantee below, nor your rights under the provisions of Law No. 6502 on defective services.

If, after payment, the model cannot be produced (for example the generation service cannot work with the photo, the photo is refused by its content-safety filter, the generation does not finish in a reasonable time, or the result cannot be made printable), the whole fee is refunded automatically, without any request, to the card it was paid with, and the Buyer is told by e-mail. Banks may take a few working days to show the refund. If the same fee is ever charged twice, the extra charge is refunded too.

• Before paying, the Buyer separately confirms that they have the right to use the photo and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, personality or privacy rights. Prohibited content and products are set out in the Terms of use.
• To create the model the photo is transferred to the generation service abroad; location (GPS) and device data are removed first. See the Privacy notice for details.
• The Buyer may use the model for their own purposes and to order prints. The Buyer is responsible for any third-party rights in the object shown in the photo.

Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) where they live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) above those limits.

This text is shown at the payment step and accepted electronically by ticking two boxes: (1) that the Buyer has read this pre-contract information and accepts the service terms, and (2) that the Buyer requests immediate performance and understands that the right of withdrawal ends once it begins. The accepted version, the consent to immediate performance, the date and the language are stored with the generation; the e-mail sent after the generation links the accepted version.
